How it works
Organiser Books
Submit your event details. We agree on substrate, volume, and pricing. 40% deposit secures the date and you can design a general layout for the medal which the athletes then can refine. Or chose that the athletes have to pay cash at the event.
Athletes Pre-Register
For each bought medal you get a unique link that you can deploy to your athletes. They can log in to our page and use the configurator to do some fine tunings and personalization (text and vector graphics) of his medal, which they can pick up at the event with a QR code that is created for these personalizations.
Medals Engraved On-Site
The athletes come to our booth at your event with the QR code and get their medal

Post-event online storefront
Athletes who missed on-site engraving — those who collected their medal later, or who didn't know the service was available — can order online for 30 days after the event.
Each engraving is €12–18 plus shipping. The post-event storefront generates additional revenue for Lasrwerk with no extra effort from the organiser.
